Hi! I need to know what is the use of logic board in iphone 5s and does the data like app photo etc.. store in logic board ???? So My iphone has been broken so can i change my board to another iphone and retrive my data ???

If you swap the board, your data will always be on the original board. You cannot retrieve the data by any means other than getting your phone to at least boot up long enough to replace the data. For that to be possible will depend on what happened to your phone to begin with.
