Hello, I have this problem: Only 1/3 of my laptop’s display works. What can be the reason of it? How can I fix it? The laptop’s model: NP300V5A.
Hi @oscar_isaac , Connect an external monitor to the laptop and check if its’ display is OK. If it is also showing the same as the laptop screen, then there is either a problem with the GPU or the motherboard. If the external monitor’s display is OK then there is a problem with either the video cable (or cable connections) between the motherboard and the display panel or there is a problem with the display panel.
