When I try to unlock my tablet, a green box appears and won’t allow me to unlock. How do I make the green box go away??
It may be that you have TalkBack enabled. It’s an accessibility function that gives spoken feedback. If it is TalkBack, try drawing a “L” shape with your finger in the middle of the screen. It should bring up a menu. Choose “pause feedback” then tap OK. You can then change Talkback settings by launching the “settings” app and selecting accessibility>vision>TalkBack.
