My lends is wont retract The first few times we turned it on/ off it said lends obstructed. A few more times I turned it on it looked normal but when I took the picture it showed only black.
Courtney, sounds like your lens mechanism is failing. You could try the suggestions made on here. Those might work, but 9 out of 10 times a new lens will be needed to permanently fix this. Use this guide to replace your lens.
