There seem to be strips of black tape used inside this and other apple products. They are not electrical tape, as they are much much thinner, and once you peel them off, they don’t stick back on. What kind of tape is this?
It’s another form of anti-static tape like this. 1 Mil Kapton Tape (Polyimide) - 1/4" X 36 Yds https://www.amazon.com/dp/B006ROR6JQ/ref… I would just search “anti-static tape for iPad” and most will do.
