Not getting any voltage at the phone, 4 point connector where the battery is plugged in, after battery is disconned. I am using the USB cable plugged into my PC.
So are you testing the voltage of the prongs on the board while it’s plugged in and the battery is disconnected? If so, very likely a charge port if you know the charger is good.
