At first i thought it was the outlets in my apartment, but someone mentioned it could possibly be the adapter cord. so i went to the store and bought a new adapter cord and it still wont charge. Does this mean something is wrong with the battery cell itself? If so is there a way to fix the battery cell?
While the battery may not be the root of your problem, you can find a replacement guide for that here and a replacement part here.
In case someone needs it: I had the same problem saying “plugged in not charging“. I found out the problem was in the DC power jack, where a cable got damaged. I just easily replaced the jack and my battery was charging again, no problem.
