What Hardware Would Cause Stuttering Xbox Series X

I’ve noticed tiny stutters when moving the screen and frame drops on certain games on the Series X. If it was due to a faulty component, what component might that be? SSD? CPU/GPU? And where would you get such replacement parts? Could it be just the game itself? Could it also just be a faulty console update?

Nobody knows, Xbox is a fully encrypted and un-debuggable unit in retail mode. Are you sure it is not just bad game coding? Does the issue happens on the same game with every Xbox?
