I have no idea which drivers to download for my laptop because there are just so many of them. To make things worse, my laptop doesn’t have any internet access and the USB isn’t working. I checked Toshiba’s website, but it didn’t help at all. What do I do?
A good start would be to download the Wifi Driver for your Toshiba, but…..Toshiba is listing 9 different ones. I am sure that the type of wifi adapter that is in your laptop is not revealed in device manager….so I use a program at my shop called Snappy Driver Installer (SDI) that will download and install all the right drivers automatically. You will have to put this on a USB that is more then 13 Gig or an external drive. On another computer, Download SDI Full from the link I have posted and download all the driver packs, you will need a torrent client like UTorrent to do this because the driver pack file is 12.6GB . Then plug the USB or External Drive into your laptop and run the program. It should find all the correct drivers and get you up and running.
