Posts on here refered me to an air hose near the control board. Check for it being crimped, you can blow through it and make sure you hear air coming into the drum. This can be your issue not your board, people have bought boards and still had this problem. So check the hose first. F1 is referring to pressure not being right on the water from air flowing against a sensor via this tube.
