Hi there, My mac recently is running with some problem, which is randomly shut down for no reason. When I remove the bottom cover I noted that there are two connectors under the ram, one of them is under the plastic base. Is this normal? Can anyone advise what do these connectors for?? It looks that they are meant to be contacted with the bottom cover many thanks

Oh Boy! Someone really went wild here! First the SO-DIMM you have in your system down has been damaged! Someone took a grinder to it the shave off the upper edge as they tried installing a tall SO-DIMM where a standard SO-DIMM is required!
