What does the code F41 mean on my dryer?
My dryer (Kenmore Elite Oasis Canyon) also had the same error code flashing F 41. After dismantling and troubleshooting, the problem was in the blower motor. The problem was a baby sock had made it past the lint screen and got hung up in the impelor of the blower assembly. no parts needed replaced, just removed sock, put everything back together, dryer is working fine. just thought i’d add my experience to hopefully help out the next guy.
Deedee, “the “F41” flashes when there is Blower Motor failure or if the fuse in the circuit between the machine control board and the motor control board failed . The inline fuse in located in the blue wire between the P9-1 connector and L1 on the motor control board. Diagrams for your dryer are available right here. Hope this helps, good luck.
