When I press the power button the ring flashes orange and the Xbox turns off and turns on three times before it stops it seems to fail to boot up
Probably something is broken on the motherboard. Are you getting any display output? Have you let your console overheat?
I think the orange flashing lights means the xbox can’t tell the video output chord is inserted properly. Try cleaning the contacts of the cord and input. I suggest using zippo fluid or isopropyl alcohol. I hope this helps you out.
