I did not know what enable ment because I am only 9 years old! I asked my parents and they did not know either.=( I tried to do the iPod Touch apps but then Dad told me that he iPod Touch was the wrong device, and so that`s how I got here. =) The End THE END.
An iPod Touch app is made for an iPod Touch with a big screen. Your iPod Nano is smaller and doesn’t support the apps. That might be the reason that you can’t install apps on your iPod Nano.
