When i turn on my power mac g5 it won’t even let me log in or anything and it will just have a blinking question mark and old facebook face and my fan will get really loud and then die down toa low hum.

The question mark is telling us the system can’t find a workable OS to boot from. This could be due to a dead drive or one the OS has been damaged.
