Kenmore Elite model NO. 596 75523400 Problem started from yesterday, during afternoon it trips the breaker. We’re not sure what happened. When I turn the switch on the breaker back to “ON”, (it has it’s own breaker in our breaker box) it started working, but very different from before. I feel it can still cool down a little bit, but now much. The humming sound from the compressor is different, not so powerful, and doesn’t last long enough each time. Before tonight’s dinner we observed a little bit and found out that when we open the doors, the compressor will start to work, but only for 5 to 7 seconds, and then stopped. Together, the freeze power indicator in the fridge will also go off and won’t come back. Only when we close the door for some time, or press the light switch several times, it could come back on, with the compressor also starting to work. Could it be somewhere in the control board gone short and tripped the breaker at first? what could be the problem and how to test it? Could anyone give any suggestions? I also took 2 videos for the symptoms. Something to know: we asked an electrian to change the starter relay around 2 months ago, it’a not oem but a 3 in 1 type relay. Could that be the problem? Thank you very much. https://youtu.be/tAQbB8gka9U https://youtu.be/DXNZNLvT2ao

Cause 1 Condenser Fan Motor The condenser fan motor draws air though the condenser coils and over the compressor. If the condenser fan motor is not working properly, the refrigerator won’t cool properly. To determine if the fan motor is defective, first check the fan blade for obstructions. Next, try turning the fan motor blade by hand. If the blade does not spin freely, replace the condenser fan motor. If no obstructions are present and the fan blade spins freely, use a multimeter to test the fan motor for continuity. If the condenser fan motor does not have continuity, replace it.
