The vacuum worked fine the first few times I used it, but it now turns off every couple seconds even when the battery level says it has charge.
The battery cells have died. You need to replace the overpriced battery. It won’t be covered under the warranty. :/
I think it’s the switch. Mine is having the same problem, but the batteries are fine. When I took apart and engaged the switch manually, it worked with no problems.
I replaced the batteries but it didn’t help it still slowed down and stopped in about 20-30 seconds. I’ll update this post if I find a fix.
