I have a samsung phone n my boyfriend reset it n now its asking for a pin so i tried putting his pin n n everytime i do it says wrong pin then i tried his last four of his number n thats not it. What can i do to reboot it? I tired holding down the volume button n home n power n it just say warning os
volume up plus hoe button plus power takes you to recovery from there you should choose factory reset. this will wipe the phone and the password as long as factory reset protection was not on.
