I tried to take my screen off because it was just hanging, when trying to pry the bracket off of the screen cables, I ripped off the entire housing. The part that the screen plugs into and the screen itself all came off, is there anything I can do?
From what you have said, it is probably not possible to repair this kind of damage. If you don’t mind paying apple will probably repair it. My recommendation is buying a new apple watch.
