I turn on my ps4 and its says “checking for storage” or something like that but loads up to about 26% and after that it goes to different page and says “safe mode” at the top and I can’t click anything besides cancel which turns off the ps4 what do I do to fix that problem ??? help !!
It is likely you’re going to need a do a USB software update or software restore. Head to playstation’s website and try both with an external usb. They will have instructions from there. https://www.playstation.com/en-us/suppor… If neither of them work, it’s likely that your hard drive has failed, and will need to get it replaced.
