Chosen Solution
I have tried to do factory reset to no avail. When i press volume down + power key it keeps on vibrating and when i press volume up +power key, an icon appears and there is no other step from there.
you guys need to download zune software and run on a windows computer plug the trophy in and work from there I hit update and got it to work after a lot of trouble had to install zune twice it has no support or server now to sign in but it will update and install up to a workable win 7.8.
