These diodes are TVS (transient voltage suppressor) with a clamping voltage of 5.6 Volts. Used to protect the HDMI port against ESD. They can be replaced with any TVS type of the same clamping voltage (unidirectional or bidirectional). See also https://www.onsemi.com/pub/Collateral/AN… The board should work without it, but ESD voltage surges may damage the HDMI chip.
