I’ve looked through the iPhone 6 guides and QA with no clear answer. Right now I’m seperating all the screws into shoulder, standoff and standard (phillips?) Sometimes the guides say Phillips 00, other times they just say the length of the screw.

Phillips 00 is the size of head of the screw itself which is shaped like a plus, but keep in mind whatever they say Philips 000 is the best for unscrewing them. For all philips screws for iPhone 6 always use the Phillips 000 screwdriver tip. The difference with all of these philips screws are just the length of the screw. The ones to be careful about are the ones near the screen connectors. Putting a too long one in a short screw hole or over tightening a screw on the screw hole on the board will cause damage to the circuit traces under those screw holes stopping the phone from turning on or showing display.
