I am replacing the battery on a Surface Pro 5 and re-using the screen assembly. Does anyone know what type of adhesive tape would be best for re-assembly. I want to find out what is close to the factory tape in thickness, adhesion, and type as possible. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
I’ve always used Tesa tape brand (link below) with excellent results. Its the right thickness and holds very well. I mostly use 2 and 4 mm. Tesa 61395 Tape
