Hi I have a Westinghouse roku TV that I bought a few months ago. Today it just randomly went to a black and white screen. Kind of like black and white vertical boxes. I turned it off then on and it was completely black, then after a few seconds it turned like a dirty black and white with no distinctive pattern then after about a minute or so it makes the vertical boxes again with black vertical boxes on the left and white ones on the right. I’ve plugged it out multiple times and held down the power button to see if resetting it helps with no change. Any recommendations? Model #: C508X Serial #: X00000KTXJL3
Hi, If you’ve only had it for a few months from new, then contact the manufacturer’s customer service section about a manufacturer’s warranty repair as the TV is covered by a 12 month warranty Don’t be tempted to open the TV and try to fix it yourself as doing this will void the warranty.
