Whenever I turn my device eXplorist 350h on I just get a blank screen with factory, run, other, help, X and I can’t figure out how to get to the main gps page.
Hi, Try a hard reset and see if this resolves the problem. Here’s a link to the user manual. Scroll to p.3 (p.12/41 in the .pdf file) to view how to perform a hard reset.
