i have a weird problem. whenever i change my PS4 resolution to 1080p, i get weird red pixels/stripes on certain places ingame and on the ps4 home screen. i tried changing my hdmi cabel,monitor,tv,settings nothing worked. except the resolution change. http://imgur.com/a/nvm7H
check if your ps4 firmware is latest, if so, and since you had done most troubleshooting, i suspect it could be due to gpu issues.
