I have a MacBook which had a fall but the display isn’t broken just get a weird glitch every now and then, I was wondering if reseating the display cable could help or if the display is damaged beyond any repair

when I flex the display a little it goes away and works just fine for a while even closing and opening the display.

Not good ;-{ You’ll need to find someone with very good micro-soldering skills to see if they can save your display. What you are seeing is the LCD displays ribbon cables to the T-CON board have become disconnected. Hopefully its just the solder joint on the T-CON board then its the T-CON board which is part of the display assembly.

Otherwise its time for a new display time: 13” MacBook Pro Complete Display - Space Grey, Apple P/N 661-1573213” MacBook Pro Complete Display - Silver, Apple P/N 661-15733 MacBook Pro 13" Two Thunderbolt Ports 2020 Display Assembly Replacement
