i turn on my laptop and when it gets to the normal acer startup screen at bottum said “preparing acer repair” on the bottom with he loading circle. after 1 minute goes to black screen. it also said something about my drivers one of the times i tried turning it on?
its just graphic card driver issue when you update bios this happens downgrade your system bios or update your graphic card driver to latest one.
