Chosen Solution
The filter holder became stuck in the unit. Inspection showed that one of the threads on the receptor (the heavy metal piece into which the filter holder twists) is either worn or corroded so the thread is no longer smooth. It needs to be replaced. I can’t seem to find this part available online. Any advice?
