Hi, I recently bought a metal housing from Aliexpress to replace as my housing is badly damaged. Followed an instruction guide on youtube and everything was assembled properly. However, just when I thought I was finished, I tried inserting my sim card in and the cellular was really bad, it was at 1 bar. Then, I tried connecting to the wifi at my house it didn’t detect any wifi around my neighbourhood or my own router , I literally had to stand next to my router to use the wifi and same goes for my bluetooth it didnt work unless I stand next to the bluetooth device too. I’m really devasted and my warranty with apple has ended, did some research and bought the cellular and wifi antenna online to replace it but it still didn’t work, any suggestion or opinions are appreciated thank you in advance! Show us a pic of the inside of the case, especially the screw holes. The top antennas are the bezel itself, if the screw holes have paint on them and are not conductive, you will not get any signal.
