Many of the non huawei data card mifi cards come without MIMO LTE antenna ports causing problem to signal gain !! we can’t connect external antenna, so tearing down these model will help to find hidden ports and connect the MIMO antenna
Inside mobile phones . (back off only) you should see one or two circular connection ports with a pin hole in the center marked R1 and R2 these are the antenna connections used by the service Tech’s. Be advised! You can easily mess the internal antenna settings. Which take special tools and machines to set. Proceed cautiously, and good luck
