We have roku but cannot adjust sound with remote. Tv doesn’t have manual adjustment. Please help!
@canamerow this could be caused by your remote or by the IR board inside your Roku TV. For now, I’d change the battery in the remote. If that does not work I would try to find a replacement remote. If a new one does not work you know that you are having IR board issue. That board is inside your TV and would require a disassembly. For that we would need more information about the model etc.
