Hi, I am trying to connect my Fire TV Stick for the 1st time and it has connected to wifi ok, but am getting the above error message when I go into each tab. I reset the fire stick and my account and I am still getting this error message. I have also turned my wifi on and off again just in case that was the problem? Please HELP!!
Are you able to connect to the internet via WiFi using a computer or tablet? You may need to reset the cable router
