Hi The best thing you can do is take the whole device apart and assess the damages The sooner the better Here’s a guide for disassembling the console PlayStation 5 Power Supply Replacement It might be worth taking the heatsink if you can’t find damage but be careful as Liquid Metal could spill and WILL cause damage If any corrosion is found isopropyl alcohol is a good cleaner for it Also it helps if you don’t turn the device on Hopefully this helps Any questions please ask Thanks:-)
