lg front load washer model# wm2077cw. washer runs thru the cycle. once finished & machine turns off, water is still running into the machine. Update (07/31/2020) There is no Error code. Drained the washer manually & did a second load……same thing, runs through cycle, washer shuts off & water is still running. Any ideas are appreciated. Thank you!
Hi @grammax5 , Which water supply to the machine is still running, the hot or the cold. Turn off the tap (faucet) where the washer’s water supply hoses connect to, one at a time, to see which one turns the running water off when the machine is off. It may be a faulty water inlet valve -part #F160 & F170 - dispenser assembly. These valves (there is one for the hot and one for the cold) cannot be repaired, they have to be replaced.
