water is running back into reservoir
hunter, make sure that your needle valve is not occluded. check on here to make sure that the needle as well as the lines are good.
My Keurig Elite When you turn on power button it makes a noise but nothing happens(it says Not ready but does not make coffee then cuts oft) does not pump water.
There are 2 solenoid in the machine,one of them is not operating. Apply 12v to test the solenoid ,replace the one not operating
