F250 1998 triton has water in oil, an no compression
Broken Heart lots of possibilities. Could be a leaking head gasket, cracked heads, cracked block and many other things. At minimum I suggest a partial teardown and replace the head gaskets. Get the heads fluxed and if still good, get them reworked.
