Water Drop In The Keyboard And Its Not Working Retina Macbook 2015

I have late 2015 macbook that have water in keyboard! It was working after I cleaned the keyboard with tissue and I close the laptop The next day i try to turn on but nothing happens and i try to charge it and nothing happen ! What should i do ? What could be the problem? Can i fix it ?

I have yet to see a liquid damaged keyboard (that has shorted out and refuses to start) be repaired by cleaning with anything. Either the keyboard or the uppercase will need to be replaced.
