Chosen Solution
I went out for a run, took my watch off because it died and I put it in my pants pocket. I washed those pants and now the screen is cracked and has water damage. It will not turn on. I’ve tried everything. Is there any possibility that my watch could be fixed and if so what would it cost? It’s a Series 3 I believe.
If you believe it has water damage, you must disassemble and clean it using at least 91% isopropyl alcohol, (you can use this Apple Watch Series 3 Teardown to do that) make sure to scrub everything with a toothbrush. more details on water damage can be found here: Electronics Water Damage It is a tough repair, but as long as you follow the instructions you should be fine.
