@nassera the logic board is available for ~$500USD from places like this like this. A new top case can be purchased for ~$200 from here as well as many other places. Both parts are also available from ifixit on this page. To find more option from where to purchase, the Apple part number for the top case is 661-6595 and 661-6589 for the logicboard. ifixit does not do repairs, so you will have to either do it yourself by using these guides or find someone to do it for you. If you do it yourself, the repair is free but the parts cost a small fortune:-)
