If I sent my phone in to get it my back camera replaced, but I have a little water damage, would that matter or would I be fine?
If the water damage stickers are tripped, that voids your warranty. I would take it to a repair shop in town and see if they can fix it. Sometimes its as easy reseating the camera connection however sometimes a new camera doesn’t fix the problem. However Apple will surely not fix the phone if they see any signs of water damage.
