Hi everyone! So I have an Iphone 6 Plus that got dropped in a toilet-its for a friend that has pictures of a recently passed family member that were not backed up to icloud. I have an Iphone 6 Plus as well that I tried to swap the logic board with just to see if I could get anywhere. I have cleaned the visible corrosion-but no sign of life. I just need the photos off of it-she already has a replacement. Does anyone know how to accomplish this?

There may be a good amount of corrosion under the metal shields on the board. It’s best to use hot air to remove them, don’t pry them off or use hardly any pressure at all. If you can get them off, clean with isopropyl and a tooth brush.
