Chosen Solution
Laptop had a beer spilt on it about a week ago. Dried it out for a week and It powered up with the white apple logo showing but then shuts off randomly. I opened it up and could see water stains on the battery so I replaced it hopeing that that would be the problem. Now I can get it to power up in recovery mode and run disk utility BUT I have to keep the command and R keys help down other wise it shuts down. Is the keyboard faulty and causing it to shut down randomly??
it does that because the water thats still in there is bridging out
