I was given a water damaged iPhone 6s and I took it apart (it has been dry for a long time) and followed the guide to fix water damage, took the logic board out and left it in 91% isopropyl for a night and took the stickers off the back emi shields and found what looks like some corrosion on the connectors, and I can’t find any schematics for the iPhone 6s logic board so I don’t know if it’s missing any components. my question is are any components on this board obviously damaged or missing and does it look recoverable? (I also should mention that I don’t care about the contents of the phone so if anybody has an iPhone 6s logic board they don’t need I’ll pay up to like $20 for it)

dont use 91% find some 98% or higher. what you have isnt strong enough sadly. give 98% a try and that should kill a little more of the corrosion. or even better if you have an ultrasonic cleaner chuck it in that. look online for what u need to do for that. they are pretty cheap to get. but not really worth it for an iphone 6
