Our system when its closed and we hit the brew button…has water that pours out of the top and when it also comes down the spout…only water comes out and not the coffee? The cups do not sit in it correctly not. WHat should I do?
careycobb make sure that the cup holder is properly inserted and that the lid properly closes. Step 1 and 2 on here How to open and clean Keurig Coffee Maker show the cupholder etc.
