Water Coming Into Dishwasher When Off Dishwasher

Hi I have a GDF530PGMWW dishwasher that is leaking water in from the fill hole even when off. It is brand new and I perplexed why this is happening.

It is coming out of the hole pictured, its a steady stream. Thanks

Sounds like it is still under warranty. I would contact the seller. It does sound like the water inlet valve.
