Chosen Solution
I recently bought a small HP desktop to hook up to the TV. Have converted hundreds of movies to hard drive and it was working very well on my 5 year old Sanyo HDTV. I wanted to upgrade to a larger television and made the mistake of purchasing a Vizio. This thing needs to be replaced, and someone is supposed to call within 5 business days to do that. From the second I turned it to on to setup the screen would get slightly lighter, slightly darker every second. It isn’t always so noticeable but it is there. Nothing customer support suggested worked. Now another problem. My computer is hooked up to this TV. Every time I play video there is white or green snow, the signal drops out, etc. I have tried different resolutions, different refresh rates, etc. Nothing works to fix this. I am regretting buying this junk.
Why not try to change your video player app. How about Blu-ray Player app? Have a try
