Hi, An E1 error code is associated with a draining problem. Either it is not draining or not draining in the time specified. Check that the drain hose is not blocked or kinked, thereby stopping or slowing the flow of the water when the machine is draining. If the hose seems to be OK check that the drain pump is working OK.
