With a full load it wont finish the cycle, with a half load it works fine.
my washer does the same thing. i think it happens because it’s old. anyway take some stuff out, and put it in your bathtub or something. then let it run the half load. when it’s done put the rest in. from now on don’t fill it more than about %65 full.
